Restaurateur Jimmy Sdrales is a native of Southern California and owns and operates restaurants including My Place Sports Bar and Grill in Huntington Beach, Perry’s Pizza in Huntington Beach, Ouzo and Feta Greek Restaurant and Bar in Huntington Beach, Zubie’s Dry Dock Restaurant and Bar in Huntington Beach, and Holy Smokes BBQ in Huntington Beach, and is responsible for the overall vision and management of all the restaurants. A veteran entrepreneur in the restaurant business for over 25 years, Jimmy was awarded his degree in Business Administration, Management from California State University, Fullerton after graduating from Villa Park High School in Villa Park.
Outside of his ongoing daily leadership at the restaurants, Jimmy supports organizations in the communities in which he lives and works, including Villa Park High School athletic teams, Huntington Beach Marina High School athletic teams, and St. John The Baptist Greek Orthodox Church in Villa Park. Jimmy resides in Villa Park.
